Should You Buy Or Sell Now or Should You Wait?

The 2013 Real Estate market is recovering at a steady pace.  A buyers days of low balling a homeowner are pretty much over, because sellers realize that inventory is at it's lowest it's been in the last 3 years . Rates popped a bit last week, but at 4% it's still a great time to buy or sell a home. Prices have leveled but appraisals are tight and conservative, which indicates a true leveling in prices.  Some economists feel that in 5 years prices may be up by 20%, however interets rates will not be 4%.

During the past year, 1.7 million borrowers have regained positive equity, but it will take sometime for the 39 million mortgaged residential properties  to regain 20% equity in their homes.

Question; the most important question to answer is, When is the right time to buy or sell a home? Answer; When your ready.

Look at the reason you are buying or selling and decide whether it is worth waiting.
